Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. See both International Shipping Restrictions and Customs Information for more details. Please note: For your protection, any order valued at $400 or more will be sent via a trackable method. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from TwinRay.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing CDs, videos, books and software will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example: * Books value: $29.55 Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of the following items to TwinRay.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error): * Any book in its original condition Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from TwinRay.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. To Obtain Service Under Our Return Policy: 1. Pack your TwinRay, inc product in the original carton or equivalent. 2. Enclose a copy of the bill of sale or other documentation showing original purchase date. Enclose a note describing the difficulty you have had with your product. Include your complete name and address. 3. Mail the above prepaid and insured to: Warranty Dept., TwinRay.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
